Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of a return.
Return conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags. Any damaged or incomplete item cannot be accepted.
Return procedure
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us via the contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
- Return the item carefully packaged and keep proof of return.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will process the refund.
Refund
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
